Marriage of Convenience
Moments you wished could last longer, or even forever. But there's also awe in knowing those beautiful moments have a due date. So in times when we know that the good thing we're experiencing is about to end, we daydream about ways to make it more memorable before it's done.
Two of our friends were going back to the US after a year of studies in Banff, Alberta. A few of my friends decided that we try a Marriage of Convenience so these other friends who were leaving us could permanently stay. So we all orchestrated a wedding in one of our friend's apartments to celebrate this occasion. We cried, I took photos, and we celebrated, not just for these people getting married, but also the friendships formed during that particular time in Banff.
